Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Information:

Product Return Policy: Only applies through one year from the date of purchase with serial identification. In order to obtain the warranty service, the product must be returned to ESTECOM service facility via prepaid freight in an adequately protected package.

Product that is not covered by the warranty:

  • Altered or tampered product
  • Serviced or repaired by a non-ESTECOM entity.
  • Individual factory supplied serial numbers have been removed or tampered with in any way.

Warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover any damage, cosmetic or otherwise, resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, or tampering. It also does not cover damages resulting from inappropriate operation (i.e. use of incorrect voltage supply)
